-WEAR METHOD- - Pull the toggle 2/3rds of the way down the drawstring and then loosen the drawstring of the bra. - Firmly hold each cup by the outer edge and carefully peel back then remove the protective sheet. - Adjust the position, then apply the winged edge first and lean into the 36ddd strapless bra, smoothly stick the cup with the palm of your hand. So does the other cup. - Adjust the position, then use one hand to hold both ends of the drawstring and the other hand to adjust the toggle upwards to secure the bra in place. -WASHING INSTRUCTIONS- - Wash with warm water and soap. With the hand palm to draw a circle hand gently wash. DON'T scrub or use nail to avoid scratch. - Dry with the soft towel. DON'T wipe the silicone surface. DON'T use hard cleaning tools like brush. - Place on clothesline and dry in indoor and ventilated places. DON'T dry under the sun or with heating machine like hair dryer. - After getting dry, cover a film on the adhesive side to avoid dust. DON'T use tissue or paper.
