Even though our 5' Olympic Weight Bar is too short to use on standard power rack or bench press, the smaller length and reduced weight makes it ideal for skull crushers, standing curls, lat rows and a wide range of cross training or Olympic lifts. Special diamond knurled handles allow you to control the bar during the lift and keeps you in control through every single rep. Use this bar for bicep curls, deadlifts, back squats, overhead presses, lunges, or power cleans.
