Please calibrate the machine according to the following steps.1.Prepare a pan of water under the condition of 140°F of actual water temperature, and install the sous vide on it. (please make sure that the thermometer you use is accurate).2.When the thermometer shows exactly 140°F, TURN OFF the appliance if you had turned it on, otherwise just keep it shutdown. And then press both start button and temperature button at the same time and hold about 2 seconds to hear a hint tone like "dripping, dripping, dripping".3.Repeat step two for 2-3 times until the screen shows a negative number.4.Turn on the appliance by press the start button once. The temperature has been calibrated to the 140°F.CLEANING METHOD1.Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning and putting it away.2.Pour the water out of the pan. Wipe the pan with a tea towel.3.Do not immerse the appliance, cord or plug in the water and make sure no water enters the appliance.4.Wipe outside of the appliance with a well-wrung cloth and dry with a dry soft cloth.5.Detach the nozzle. Turn the circulation pipe to the left to detach it. Carefully clean the heating element, pump and sensors with a soft toothbrush and a little washing-up liquid. Rinse the parts under running water.6.Any limescale deposits can be removing using vinegar.SEVERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS- The appliance MAY NOT be used by children aged under 8 years.- It MUST NOT be placed or stored near other sources of heat.- The surface become very hot during use. DO NOT touch the hot surfaces due to the danger of burns.- The water level MUST be at least 4.3".
