About Tigerflex GTF Series Food Grade PVC
Kuriyama Tigerflex GTF series food grade PVC ducting/material handling hose. Food grade materials - hose complies with applicable FDA and 3-A requirements. Hose approved by USDA for use in meat and poultry plants. Transparent construction - allows for visual confirmation of material flow. These hoses allow the user visual confirmation of material flow, and the ability to see if material or condensation has collected in the hose tube. Easy slide helix - exposed rigid helix design protects hose tube from cover wear, and allows hose to slide easily over rough surfaces. Easy-to-handle. General applications: ducting, ventilation and fume removal; food grade blower and ducting systems; material handling - light duty; pharmaceutical product transfer. Service temperature: -4 to 150 degrees F. Constructed from PVC tube with rigid PVC helix. Compliance: 3A, BSE/TSE, FDA, RoHS, USDA. Made In USA. Working pressure: 10 psi at 68 degrees F and 5 psi at 104 degrees F. Vacuum rating: 18 inHg at 68 degrees F and 10 inHg at 104 degrees F. Bending radius: 3 inches at 68 degrees F.
