About Tibetan Mala Rudraksha Wrist Mala/ Bracelet For

This beautiful rudraksha mala has an earthy and organic feel due to the different textures and shapes of the beads. Rudraksha seeds are formed naturally and valued for their high vibrational energy. Malas made of these unique seeds are believed to connect with the who wears them, making them a popular accessory in India and Nepal. The Tibetan turquoise is an oblong natural shape that is beautifully enhanced by the deep blue of the round lapis lazuli beads. These three beauties come together to create a powerful wrist mala perfect for enhancing ones meditation or mantra practice. Bead size: 8mm Handmade by Hands Of Tibet with Love 1. Hold the mala with the knots at the top. Use thumb and forefinger from each hand to hold beads on either side of the knots. (Left hand hold bead on left, right hand hold bead on right) 2. Pull hands apart and away from the knots. You can pull pretty hard! 3. To tighten, pull small beads at the end of the string. Prayer Mala or beads are usually used by Buddhists around the world, especially in Tibet, Nepal and India and used for meditation, counting mantras, and prostration. Malas are worn on the left wrist while not in use. Please email me for more detail and I will be more than happy to assist you.
