About Thomas Traceable Digital Hot Wire Anemometer, With
The Thomas Traceable Digital Hot-Wire Anemometer with telescoping probe measures air velocity in m/s, fpm, knots, mph, and km/h, and air temperature in degrees C and F; and has hold, record, and recall functions for analyzing air flow. Hold function freezes a reading on the display, record function captures readings, and recall function displays the maximum and minimum recorded readings. An RS-232 serial port interface output allows connection to a compatible PC for storing data (interface cable sold separately). The meter includes a calibration certificate from an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 laboratory accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) with traceability to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards. The LCD shows air velocity and temperature readings simultaneously. The unit has a low-battery indicator. This anemometer is used for monitoring air flow and temperature in ductwork, spray booths, and exhaust hoods, among other applications.
