When smoking, use Insta Cure No. 1 and Soy Protein Concentrate, stuff into a 35-38 mm hog or collagen casing (Insta Cure No. 1, Soy Protein Concentrate and casings sold separately). Makes 50 lbs. Recipe on package. Soybean oil used as a mixing aid.
