About The Loar LH-309-VS Archtop Guitar With P-90 Pickup

Fleur-de-Lys Inlay and Grover Butterbean Tuning Machines Trapeze Tailpiece and Compensated Ebony Bridge The Loar P-90 Pickup Hand-Carved Archtop Acoustic LH-309 The LH-309 archtop is the perfect blend of vintage vibe and modern value. The LH-309 begins with a solid hand-carved and hand-graduated spruce top accompanied by select maple back and sides. The mahogany neck has the traditional V-profile familiar to aficionados of classic Golden Age instruments. With a 16" lower bout and a classic 24-3/4" scale, the LH-309 is designed from original Golden Age archtop specifications. Ideal Pickup Placement We've carefully placed our own P-90 pickup in the perfect spot for optimal tone. The classic high output and articulate treble response of the P-90 is the ideal complement to the spruce top and maple back and sides, excellent for either rhythm or lead playing. With a classic Fluer-de-Lys headstock inlay, bone nut, open-geared Grover butterbean tuners, a historically accurate sunburst finish and a great-sounding P-90 pickup, we've built a guitar that will inspire you with vintage vibe. The Loar Archtop Guitars Award-winning archtops from The Loar set the standard for modern interpretations of classic style. Using historic plans, hand-selected woods and modern building techniques, our archtops sound great anywhere - on the road, in the studio or at home. About The Loar Inspired by the pioneering designs of the Golden Age, guitars and mandolins by The Loar combine expert craftsmanship and classic designs with upgraded features to appeal to today's players.
