The beam features a competition-grade, rubber padded top that is covered with heavy synthetic suede material. This durable and easy to clean covering offers traction for a stable grip. Mimicking the shape, feel, and dimensions of competition beams, the work surface measures four inches wide with rounded competition shaped sides, making it easier to transition from the training beam to a competition beam. The beam itself measures five inches high and the support braces measure two inches high by 12 inches wide for stability.
