Diamonds are the hardest sharpening media available. This diamond stone will cut aggressively and leave a fine finish. It will cut 8 times faster than other abrasives. It is made from precisely graded diamond particles bonded to a 5/16” chrome-plated steel base. It can be used to sharpen anything with a cutting edge. Will not hollow or dish with use. Can be used dry, but will cut faster and last longer when used with a lubricant. Size is 4” x 10” and 400 grit. Can be used as a flattening plate for sharpening stones.
