About Talboys 9456TAMPUSA Advanced Digital Microplate
The Talboys 9456TAMPUSA Advanced Digital Microplate Vortex Mixer, designed for continuous duty, has variable speed of 300 to 3,500rpm (in touch mode) for gentle shaking to rapid vortexing of samples, can be operated by touch or in continuous mode, and has a timer with a range of one second to 160 hours. The timer shows elapsed time in continuous mode, or can be programmed with a defined mixing time to shut off the unit when the timer reaches zero. This mixer comes with a cup head for mixing a single test tube, and a holder for one microplate. A double microplate holder (sold separately) is available. The mixer has electronic controls with an LED display that shows speed and time for accurate, repeatable results, and its microprocessor control provides uniform mixing action. It has the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certification mark for the US and Canada. Vortex shakers are commonly used in laboratories to mix liquids.
