Please make sure you understand and agree before you purchase: When you receive the sim card please send us message through amazon with 1) The date you want the sim card to be activated. 2) The sim card number. 3) The area code you prefer (will not be guaranteed). This product is for a new activation that must be requested through us (seller) and through amazon message and NOT T-MOBILE. The sim card will not work until activated by us (seller). Please ensure that you have an unlocked gsm handset or T-Mobile authorized phone to enjoy our product. The sim card will not work on Mobile Wifi Hotpsot (Pocket Wifi). This is a prepaid no contract service. The sim card comes with a triple cut regular, micro, or nano size. We will activate the sim card for you asap but may take up to 48 hours so please send in your request early. If you are with T-Mobile, you cannot keep your current number. Existing T-Mobile phone number cannot be transferred over to this item. This is a new activation only service, NOT a refill item for T-Mobile. For android phone, you will need the correct APN setting.
