About Sunshine Flower Power
With its ebullient harmonies and fuzzed-out raga guitar motifs, the Lemon Drops' `I Live In the Springtime' has long been acknowledged as a garage-psych classic. Although `Springtime' was their only release, this suburban Chicago group was in and out of the studio throughout 1967 and '68, laying down various demos and tracks for a prototype album with the proposed title Sunshower Flower Power. This 180gm vinyl LP presents 14 of those tracks (including `Springtime'), beautifully remastered, with full liner notes and lots of cool pics. Includes six songs in versions previously unavailable on vinyl and two unreleased versions available for the first time: 'Flowers On The Hillside' and 'Dream.'" Limited edition 180 gram vinyl pressing of 600 copies.
