The secretive, ancient production technique mixed different steel alloys to form a super steel, creating a rippled, wavy texture, which came to identify the steel’s origin. The 7 ½" August Knife features a blade of modern Damascus-style steel, inspired by the production techniques and legends of history. The rippled texture is a result of mixed steel alloys, while the stainless steel guard ensures you safely grip the leather handle without accidentally touching the blade. The August Knife also features a decorative silver-finished tail knob and a genuine leather sheath for when it’s not in use.
