About Starrett 271A 2 V-Block (1 Pair), 1-1/4" Capacity
The Starrett 271A hardened steel V-Block pair has a holding capacity of up to 1-1/4", two grooves on the block sides, and steel rod for alignment. This pair of V-blocks has central V to hold metal workpieces in place for light-duty grinding, milling, or drilling. The V has a holding capacity of up to 1-1/4" (32mm). Two grooves on each side of the blocks hold the clamp for small or large work. A steel rod passes through each block and is held by friction positioning to help keep blocks in alignment. The case-hardened steel body is wear resistant. The L.S. Starrett Company manufactures precision measuring tools, metrology and testing equipment, and saw blade products.
