Do not rub or brush in. Confine gel to the nail surface only. For best results, apply every day after showering and before bedtime. Allow a few minutes before covering toenails. After 3-4 weeks, gently scrape out exfoliated debris with a manicure tool. Nail condition will improve and clear in about 4 weeks.
