Tighten when in use and untighten to fold For storage losses the knob and swing the handle inward Do’s: Sprinkle with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran to allow the pizza, bread and baked goods to slide easily onto and off the peel. Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Scrap off any excess food or crumbs from the peel using a soft sponge. Dry immediately. Use the peel to carefully place the pizza onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray Use a wooden cutting board for slicing the pizza once ready Don’t’s: Do not put the pizza dough directly onto the peel without some kind of coating Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe Do not leave the pizza peel for a long time in the oven to avoid the wooden handle from burning out Do not slice the pizza directly on the peel.
