Hi, my name is Hannah and I am the founder of Spera Foods. I want to tell you a little bit about our cinnamon tiger nut granola. Not only is it a healthy alternative to all the sugary and processed granolas out there but it is absolutely delicious! And for all of you trying to eat organic, nut free, gluten free, or vegan, don't worry because our granola checks all those boxes. We started Spera four years ago with a mission to create healthy and delicious food alternatives to the processed and unhealthy foods that flood the market. Like many things that take on great meaning in your life the roots of Spera Foods were humble and small. I became fascinated by the health benefits of the tiger nut. Being rich in fiber, magnesium, potassium, and vegetable proteins I knew with a little creativity and a lot of hard work the tiger nut could be used to create foods that were both healthy and delicious! After I discovered the Tiger Nut I immediately wanted to know how else it could be used. I believed that people deserve more than what they’re getting from their food and their diet. I began to combine and experiment in different ways to create foods and recipes that allowed for people not only to eat healthy, but to enjoy what they were eating. Healthy food can and should taste just as good as food that is unhealthy. We have found at Spera all this requires is passion, dedication, and hard work.
