Slide the sous vide bag sealer clip ( white clip) on the zip of the bag to close the zip bag properly. 3. Place the hand Vacuum VERTICALLY over the air valve on the vacuum bag and suck out air. 4. In case you want to cook it using Sous Vide method, Immerse the vacuumed bag containing the food, completely in the hot water bath container. 5.Use the green container clips to secure the bag to the container.
