Our kit simplifies the sourdough process for you to whip up your very own tangy sourdough blend for flawless loaves. ★ START & STORE YOUR SOURDOUGH BLENDS The large mouth jars (1300ml) are ideal for storing your sourdough starter. The wide opening makes it easy to add flour and water, to stir the contents and easily accessible to remove the starter when ready. The clear jar allows you to observe the starter health. Equipped with an airtight locking seal, this helps protect your starter from airborne contaminants and drying out. ★ ADDITIONAL STORAGE JAR SIZE Now that you’ve got the perfect live fermented starter of flour and water brewing, don’t use it all because we added another airtight jar (700ml) so you have a dedicated jar to store it! When not in use, both jars become an excellent option for storing and keeping items fresh. Great for flour, cereal, pasta, cookies and so much more! ★ SIMPLE SET UP & EASY TO CLEAN Before you begin, place the thermometer on one side of the clear jar that does not have a groove. Various stages of sourdough bread making require you to measure temperatures, in addition to observing the mix rising. Attach the magnetic strip to the other side. You can cut the magnetic strip to any desired size and will need to be cut when used on the smaller jar. Use the fun fruit shaped magnets to notate the desired rise level. When done, use the included cleaning brush to wash clean. And of course, feel free to use the magnet decor for other things when not in use!
