Our proofing baskets for sourdough bread (brotform, banneton basket) also come with a cloth basket liner. Your sourdough starter crock doubles as an airtight sourdough jar for long term storage. Your sourdough kit also contains a linen bread bag that can also be used to store your sourdough proofing basket and other sourdough bread baking supplies. The printed instructions detail making sourdough starter from scratch, how to care for your bread proofing basket and recipes for Cheese and Chive Biscuits, Banana Bread, Pizza and Bread.
