Stick this directly onto your skin, at the ball of the foot, or the heel of your foot before wearing uncomfortable shoes! The cushioning is made of Poron by Rogers Corporation, a special material that's shock-absorbing, antimicrobial, anti-odor, and has moisture-repelling properties, making it a perfect solution to avoiding sore feet at the end of the day in uncomfortable shoes! Can also be stuck onto the shoe for permanent fixation. Make sure foot is clean and dry. Flex your foot, this will ensure pad sticks to optimal surface area. Aim for the ball of the foot, the heel, or wherever your find pain/soreness to be a problem. OPTIONAL: Stick to the inside of your shoe for permanent fixation. Remove adhesive backing and apply.
