Hollow grounds help food to release from the blade. The carving fork is made with stainless steel tines that are easy to clean. Both feature a D-shaped, ebony-finished Pakkawood handle that's durable, beautiful, doesn’t harbor bacteria, and comfortable to use for both left- and right-handed users.
