SHIELD OUR HEROES NYC Shield Our Heroes NYC was formed to help address the shortage of PPE, specifically protective face shields, as a result of the disruption of worldwide supply chains. As the demand for materials and production stabilizes, we will continue to provide PPE in an effort to maintain independent, American-made critical products to our front line health care workers, emergency responders, and the general public. REUSABLE FACE SHIELDS Each face shield is carefully hand-sewn right here in our Brooklyn, NY factory by our 50+ employees. Each multi-use, full-coverage face shield is optically clear, breathable, durable and comfortable. PROUDLY MADE IN THE U.S.A. HIGHLY DURABLE & REUSABLE Constructed of PETG or Polycarbonate plastic, 10 MIL thickness, scratch-resistant, stain-proof, sturdy and stands up to tough, all-day wear. Each unit is handmade in the USA. LIGHTWEIGHT & COMFORTABLE Designed with a flexible and supple 1x1-inch foam forehead band for full comfort. The stretchable, form-fitting, elastic strap is sewn by hand with bonded nylon thread for extreme durability. DEDICATED PRODUCTION FOR YOUR PROTECTION From answering a doctor’s plea for PPE to designing a prototype in one week, we’re now scaling up production for everyone who needs them.
