Frequently Asked Questions 1) Please fully charge your watch when you receive it before use. This will ensure that you get the full 5-7 days before next charge will be required. If you turn on any of the continuous measurements for blood pressure, heart rate or blood oxygen it will require more frequent charging. 2)To ensure accurate blood pressure please enter your accurate height and weight into the watch. Please also enter your accurate blood pressure into the Private BP mode. The app uses this for blood pressure calibration. This can be found under "settings", then "device" then scroll down to find "private BP mode," then enter your blood pressure. 3) For the scientific sleep measurement please ensure that you are connected to the app, as well as turn on the continuous Sp02 monitoring. (on watch go to “setting”, then “switch” then “Sp02 monitoring”). In addition, on the app, ensure scientific sleep mode is turned on. On the app, go to "settings" then swipe "scientific sleep" to turn it on. 4)To ensure good connectivity with your phone please ensure Bluetooth is turned on and that the phone and the watch is paired. Check the device does not have "do not disturb" mode turned on or scheduled for a certain time. Please also check that the notification is turned on the device. For most devices this can be found under "settings" then "notifications" scroll to find the "wo-fit" app, then turn on "allow notifications." 5) E-C-G function : on your phone, open the app. Scroll to find E-C-G, tap on E-C-G and then tap on start testing, then tap start. Assume the posture provided in quick guide and press on the E-C-G button with a finger on your right hand. Ensure that your right hand is not touching the skin on your left hand. Waiting until the test is 100% complete approx. 1-2 minutes. On the watch, tapping on the E-C-G icon and pressing on the button will provide you with your HR picked up by the E-C-G sensor.
