About Secureguard BAC Portable Breathalyzer - CA 20FP
At Secureguard we believe it responsible drinking and you should never drink alcohol and drive a motor vehicle. Our alcohol tester is extremely easy to use. Simply insert one 9V battery (included) then turn on your BAC portable breathalyzer and begin testing. Here are 4 Easy Steps to Use your Secureguard Alcohol Tester / Breathalyzer Step 1: Press the ON/OFF switch and hold for 3 seconds. The unit will display "Scm" after showing "On" and total number of tests. If you press the ON/OFF switch less than 3 seconds, you can go to the normal test mode. Step 2: When "bLo" sign is displayed, please blow steadily into the inlet until you hear the "Beep" sound. In screening mode, the mouthpiece is not required. Step 3: After the circling line is on the display, the test result (PASS or FAIL) will be displayed. PASS (under 0.033% BAC. FAIL (0.030% bac or above). If the test result is over 0.030%, the LCD color will be changed to orange and "WARN" signal will be displayed along with "Alarm" sound. The result will be displayed for 1 second. After showing test result, the unit goes back to "bLo" stage automatically for successive tests. Step 4: To turn the unit off, press the ON/OFF switch until you see the "OFF" sign. In screen mode, the unit is always standby for consecutive tests. Make sure to turn the device off after performing tests. For the most accurate reading, please wait 20 minutes from the time of your last drink before testing as it takes approximately 20 minutes for alcohol to be absorbed into the bloodstream. Immediate testing will only reflect the alcohol concentration in the oral cavity, not in the blood. The BAC % results are displayed on the LCD screen with easy to read backlight. Bring it to your car, party, home, office; use it anywhere and anytime! This Breathalyzer will work continuously for 500 uses until it's time for a recalibration.
