About SCK104 Aluminum Digi-Day2 Electronic Safety

The Accuform Signs SCG164 aluminum Digi-Day 2 electronic scoreboard is a remote-controlled, painted aluminum scoreboard sign that displays the number of days without an accident with four 2-1/2" high LED digital numbers to help a facility share safety statistics with employees and promote workplace safety awareness. Text on the sign reads, "We have worked #### days without a lost time accident," using white text on a black background and a riveted steel image. Below the main message, color-coded text features read, "Green Safe" and "Red Accident" to reinforce the color-coded number display. The display is configured only by a battery-powered remote for tamper resistance. It is designed for indoor use only, made with painted aluminum for good strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance, and powered by 110 VAC with a 6-ft. cord. The internal clock has a hold feature, so the safe days number count can be maintained in the event of a power failure. The sign is wall-mountable using the built-in hidden mounting brackets (hardware sold separately). The sign measures 28 x 20 x 2 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) Configurable Options Option Values and Purpose Days in a week Can count 4, 5, 6, or 7 days a week to allow for weekends or other nonworking days Display modes Show only the safe days number, or rotate through safe days number, time of day, and date to also provide a clock Color-coded number display Show numbers in red or green, and configure a milestone number to automatically change the color from red to green to emphasize recent performance Safety scoreboard signs inform and motivate employees with daily data feedback while promoting workplace safety awareness and wellness programs. Digital scoreboards update automatically every 24 hours. Manual scoreboards provide space for a manager to update data either with an erasable marker, by turning a number dial, or by changing numbers from a set. Scoreboard signs are often used to track safety performance or progress toward a performance- or health-related goal for a department or company. They are typically poster-sized, and placed in position within a facility where employees will see them every day. Accuform Signs manufactures facility safety identification products. The company, founded in 1976, is headquartered in Brooksville, FL. What's In The Box? Scoreboard sign Remote control Instructions
