About Scanpan Classic 14-1/4 Inch Fry Pan
Manufactured in Denmark, the resilient, easy-cleaning Scanpan Classic Fry/Omelet Pan features patented Newtek ceramic titanium nonstick coating that is safe for use with metal utensils. Along with the solid pressure-cast aluminum base, the nonstick surface is certain never to chip, flake, crack, or blister. The aluminum pan has been squeeze-cast under 200 tons of pressure to eliminate any inclusions or impurities in the pan body, resulting in perfect heat distribution, superior heat retention, and no "hot spots." The ergonomically pleasing, spring-locked, phenolic plastic handle stays cool to the touch. The Fry/Omelet Pan is suitable for all stovetops (excluding induction) up to 500 degrees.
