All of the features of the original arc one system with exciting new features such as wireless controllers, plus new app features such as weather conditions and race incidents. The wireless controllers allow you to roam around the track without crossing wires with your opponent. The controllers contain a rumble pack which alerts you to race features such as if your car needs to pit or the weather changes, plus a braking button for more control. Just plug the powerbase into any analog Scalextric set, download the arc app and you're ready to race! Scalextric arc app race control is a new slot car system allowing users to incorporate their handheld smart device, such as a smartphone or tablet. Download the arc app, then connect your smart device via Bluetooth to the arc powerbase, unlocking unique features and control of your Scalextric races. Select your race Type: quick race: pre-set race types and in-race game play. Drag race: create a drag strip using straights and try to beat your opponent's finish times. Practice: set the number of laps and practice your skills. Tournament: set the number of drivers in total and per heat and let arc do the rest. Grand Prix: race to the top! avoid incidents, plan your fuel, strategy and tire wear. Don't forget to set your best time in qualify to start on pole.
