About Saferin Cashmere And Wool Plaid Warm Soft Scarf For
The Classic Check Cashmere Scarf is made at Inner Mongolia countryside. Using 30 different steps, the scarf is woven on traditional looms. The fabric is washed in local spring water and carefully brushed with teasels for a super-soft finish. Specifications: ► Dry Clean Only ► Can Be Worn in Many Different Ways ► Dimensions: 71" x 12" THE STORY OF YOUR SCARF Made in Inner Mongolia, your scarf has been crafted from the finest materials using expert methods passed down through generations. Cashmere is dyed for up to six hours, creating its rich and vivid colour, before shades are blended together. It is then teased to open up the fibres and combed on carding machines into individual strands. Cashmere threads are spun into yarns of a specified weight, twist and strength, then woven on complex looms, individually set up for each pattern change. Washing in local water from the River removes leftover oil from weaving. Scarves are then gently brushed to ensure softness and lustre. The fringes of the scarf are created on a complex machine which twists each thread together, adding tension in a back-and-forth movement.
