Rugged 3mm saddle Hyde material and cylindrical shape works great holding tool Rolls or just about any kind of cargo. Contents stay clean and dry with zippered opening covered by weather flaps fitted with 1/4-turn hasps that accept mini-padlocks for security. Made from light, but durable pvc-lined denier polyester with sturdy zippers that permit over-packing but keep the elements away from your cargo. Comes with two strong, nylon straps with D-rings, plus hook-and-loop Combo straps for easy mounting in a variety of positions.
