If you want to monitor 24/7 hours, please make the camera always connect to power outlet with 5V/1A output wall adapter. 4.Should format the SD card before inserting to the camera, and before turn on the camera. 5.Please be close to router in order to complete the WIFI configuration and keep the camera online always. 6.When the camera is shown "offline', please delete the camera on app list and add the camera again. Or quit the app, open the app again. 7.When the camera power is low, the WIFI Signal is weak, please charge the camera. 8.If you have set in IP mode it always in IP mode , if you want change to AP mode(camera create the WIFI signal)have to press the reset button. 9.How to reset the camera? Press the reset button for 6 seconds until the red light flashing slowly. It means reset is successful.
