RVS Technology produces a number of products utilizing unique patented Triboceramic Nanotechnology. These products form a tougher than metal ceramic Nano-coating over metal surfaces which are normally subject to heat and friction. This coating is highly effective at repairing and renewing metal surfaces and uses ‘smart’ heat-seeking properties to ensure it automatically applies itself to the areas where its effects are most required. The RVS compound reacts at the actual friction contact points and integrates with the original friction surface metal. The friction decreases and the tolerances and compression will be restored to, or close to, original specification - without dismantling the engine. The new Triboceramic structure reduces very effectively the risk of seizing in case of serious lubrication problems or even in case of hazardous lubrication loss. RVS TechnologyⓇ is an excellent method for restoring worn out mechanisms as well as for protection of new ones. - A protection that lasts up to 60,000 miles or 2,500 hours. Our products can be used practically anywhere that there is friction between two metal surfaces and as such has many applications across a broad spectrum of industries including automotive, powersports, aviation, industrial and marine.
