Built for extreme temperatures, the Rosemount 3400HTVP10213062 PERpH-X Retractable pH sensor helps capture fast, accurate and stable measurement of pH levels (0 to 14) in complex applications with extreme temperatures ranging from 41 to 311 degrees Fahrenheit (5 to 155 degrees Celsius) with a maximum process pressure of 400 psig.The pH meter’s retractable design allows the pH sensor to be removed for calibration and maintenance without shutting down the measurement process.Ideal for pH measurement in industries ranging from oil refining to water and wastewater, this high-performance pH sensor delivers optimal application flexibility. It features a re-buildable double junction reference cell so that one sensor can succeed in a variety of processes by using different reference electrolytes. There's no need to buy different sensors, just different electrolytes. (Six different Rosemount electrolyte solution kits are available.)Designed to withstand the demanding environments present in Chemical Processing Industries, the PERpH-X sensor is constructed of a molded Ryton body housed in a 21-inch titanium tube. AccuGlass pH glass provides exceptional resistance to thermal degradation, resulting in less breakage and improved speed of response for fast and accurate measurements and calibrations.For superior accuracy, the enhanced porous Teflon double junction prevents coating and clogging that can cause pH measurements to fail. It is used in conjunction with a KCI based reference electrolyte that withstands the harshest chemicals, and temperature and pressure cycling.For optimal performance, model 3400HTVP102130 comes with a water-tight Variopol (VP8) sensor-to-cable connector that eliminates rewiring and cable twisting. Cable is sold separately and comes in various lengths. 3400HT models can be used in a ball valve (ordered separately) for hot tap (retractable) applications.
