Easily slips over the shank (back) of your ring. 3 Pack of Mixed Size RING NOODLES for thin rings - Sizes based on ring width: 1-Mini (0.5-1.5mm wide), 1-Petite (1.5-2.5mm wide), 1-Narrow (0.5-1.5mm wide). Reduces ring size up to 2.5 sizes. RING NOODLEs can easily be cut shorter for less size reduction. See the last image to learn how to measure your ring. Simply slip the cut side if the RING NOODLE over the outside of the shank and turn it as you push it on so that the seam ends up on the outside. Will not damage your ring like a metal ring guard.
