Rexnord's Falk Wrapflex elastomer jaw and spider couplings, with a tough polyurethane element that offers excellent wear and chemical resistance, and 9 sizes ranging in torque capacity from 100 – 133,000 lb-in, provide non-lubricated solutions for many challenging applications. Falk Wrapflex Elastomer jaw or spider couplings and their elements provide blind assembly capability with no need to move hubs or realign motors or drives. These jaw or spider coupling elastomeric elements allow for operation without lubrication to reduce maintenance costs and provide excellent wear and chemical resistance for longevity. The elastomeric elements patented compound root radius provides extended element life and improves flexibility for easier installation. The Falk Wrapflex branded cover is weather resistant and provides positive element retention for safety and an internal key alignment for easy/blind installtion.
