Please note: The Rest-A-Phone will not work with Cordless Phones because the keypad will be covered.. You may need to adjust the Rest-A-Phone to find a comfortable position on your shoulder. While it provides more comfort for many traditional office phones. It will require some adjustment. Classic Black is the color used for most traditional office phones. Installation instructions are included. Please note that some adjustment will be necessary to make the Rest-A-Phone comfortable for you. The gray color we offer will look good with dark gray phones by the following manufacturers. Polycom, Cisco, Nec, Avaya, Grandstream, Yealink, Mitel, Panasonic and others that are a dark grey color. Unlike the stick-on products, the Rest-A-Phone allows adjustment up and down the telephone handset for a comfortable fit. Adjustable for either the left or right shoulder. This is a telephone shoulder rest that is engineered to adjust and hold the phone at the correct height and angle for greater comfort and ease WITHOUT WEDGING the handset between the ear and shoulder. The phone rest lifts the receiver higher than a softtalk. CORDLESS PHONES: Note that this will not work with cordless phones, as the strap will cover the keys.
