Economic Resistor, Potentiometer and Photoresistor Assortment included are: 600 pcs Resistor (1/4W 1%) 30 types and each type comes 20 times 1 Ohm to 1M (we pack the most common values, but since this an low-prices economic package we can not make sure exactly the values) The Ohm values and the KOhm values are seperated in 2 poly bags, each resistor strip is stamped with the value. 9 pcs Potentiometer (variable Resistor), linear B-type 1k, 2k, 5k, 10k, 20k, 50k, 100k, 500k, 1M All types are packaged in a poly bag, each Pot has the value printed on it. 30 pcs Photoresistor LDR (Photocell), each type comes 5 times 5506, 5516, 5528, 5537, 5539, 5549 Each type is packaged in a labeld poly bag. All the included items belong to the resistors group. Potentiometers are variable resistors when you turn the axis the resistance will increase/decrease. You can measure Potentiometer resistance with a standard multimeter. Photoresistors, also called LDR (Light Dependent Resistors) or Photocells are resistors which have a resistance that varies depending of the light intensity.
