About Rear Axle Bearing Carrier T6 Billet For Honda
This rear axle bearing carrier is an aftermarket replacement built to the specifications of the OEM bearing carrier. The rear dual row carrier bearings allow for more flexible chain adjustments and less maintenance than tapered bearings. Compatibility: - 1999 - 2008 Honda TRX 400EX - 2009 - 2014 Honda TRX 400X Superior Quality: CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum Operation Steps: 1. Remove cotter pin, lossen the 4 swing arm bolts, take off axle nut, remove the 2 bolt for bake caliper. 2. Lossen the axle lock nut using a pipe wrench (turing it counter-clockwise). 3. Get it up pass the snap ring and then remove the snap ring.it holds your lock nut assembly on axle, then back it off till it slide over axle. 4. Slide the roter down(you can take hub off and just slide everything odd as you get it lossen)many different order you can do this in. 5. Remove chain and pull axle out(make sure your quads not gunna tip over when you pul axle out. 6. Remove the C clip/snap rign that holds in carrier assembly, can be tricky without snap ring pliers. 7. Once snap ring is removed, the carrier bearing assembly will slide out. 9. Put your axle lock nut back on and done for get about the snap ring for that. 10. Put hub back on and axle nut along with cotter pin and tires and your ready to go again,give it some time for carrier to set in and bouble
