RAPID EYEWEAR 'TORTS MEDIUM' OVER GLASSES Stylish and highly practical, Rapid Eyewear's over glasses range provide a cost-effective solution for spectacle wearers who need sunglasses without the expense normally encountered at the opticians. Torts Medium are designed to fit above existing glasses with a frame size up to 5.3 inches wide x 1.9 inches high. If you glasses are smaller than this, you might consider our regular Torts instead (see separate listing). THE FRAMES Made from a robust polycarbonate, the frame is lightweight; it is finished in an attractive tortoise shell scheme. A slight flex in the material allows the frame to fit comfortably on top of your glasses without pinching, yet it does not feel loose. THE LENSES The grey lenses fitted to these sunglasses are category 3, making them suitable for use in sunny conditions. Polarized filters greatly reduce glare (caused by the sun's rays bouncing off horizontal surfaces), making Torts ideal for driving, cycling and other sports / leisure uses. CARRY POUCH Each pair of Torts come supplied with a microfiber pouch as standard. The pouch doubles as a cleaning cloth.
