On/Off Switch: Turning ON, the magnet will pull extremely hard, turning OFF it will be like no magnet. Mountable Anywhere: The Base bottom is not flat it has an angle in from each side leading to a flat center so it sticks to your strut pretty well - You can always unscrew the magnetic base and clamp the bar to whatever you want. Very Accurate: The Dial Indicator is extremely precise and when attached to this Powerful Magnetic Base it will keep your works and measurements in a perfect alignment and 100% accurate. Extra Joint: The Arm has an extra joint to help with pivoting right and left while the rest of the arm is straight.
