The nearly Blind Missouri inventor, tinkerer, & jokester, Don moore had a sudden realization one day that a rake with a curved head would grab & gather material better & easier than a rake with a straight head. Not only that, but the curvature allowed it to rake around corners & work in existing landscape without damaging delicate plantings. It's not until you actually start working with one of these patented rakes that you can appreciate how different they feel from standard rakes. They have a light touch with existing landscape, but do heavy work in the landscape. We find them especially useful for late Autumn & spring cleanup when leaves are wet & matted & broken twigs are everywhere; all of the kinds of things that just don't respond well to normal rakes. We added a telescoping shaft, making the rake more portable & adjustable to personal preferences.
