The blades are all made of surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel and are razor sharp. The hollow ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention. The handles on the knives in this large knife set are comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but these handles are dishwasher tolerant. This set comes beautifully boxed with a form-fitted insert holding all the knives securely in place. Rada Mfg.
