The blades are made from surgical quality, T420 high carbon stainless steel and are hand sharpened creating a razor sharp edge. The hollow ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention. The handles on the knives in this steak knife set are comprised of a black stainless Steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but these handles are dishwasher tolerant. The set comes beautifully boxed with a form-fitted insert holding each knife securely in place. Rada Mfg. Co.
