This round lid is designed for use with a Pyrex 7402 7-cup glass storage bowl (sold separately). It features a clear Pyrex glass panel that allows users to see the bowl's contents, as well as a red silicone seal that performs an airtight, leak proof seal. Users need only to lift the edge of the cover and press down on the panel, and this lid won't budge. Good luck getting aluminum foil or plastic wrap to perform like that! Best of all, this versatile lid is safe for use in the freezer, fridge, microwave, and preheated oven up to 500 degrees F. It cleans up easily on the top rack of the dishwasher, too. Match the product number on the bottom of your Pyrex bowl or dish to the product number of this Pyrex lid for a perfect fit. Pyrex lids are not compatible with Anchor Hocking products.
