PURELINE was founded with the belief and mission that every human being is entitled to clean and healthy drinking water. The LG / Kenmore filter is too expensive for many people so they just leave their filters without changing them, which results in people drinking water that is dangerous and unhealthy. Most of the generic filters on the market are of poor quality, which is why they are sold so cheap. These cheap generic filters are not designed to exact compatibility as the original, which results in leakage and damage to the refrigerator. These cheap generic filters do not design their carbon block filters with micropores of 0.18mm or multi-level filtration to insure maximal contaminant reduction. PURELINE has designed their LG / Kenmore filter to exact standards and design as the original LG / Kenmore Filter so that our customers will not have leakage issues and will drink water that has the same maximal contaminant reduction rate as the LG / Kenmore Filter original.
