Esparcet - the Sainfoin honey, also known as Lupinella honey, is a very popular type of honey in Kyrgyzstan due to the large amounts of sainfoin, which is growing across vast high-altitude meadows of Tian Shan mountains. Esparcet honey is known for its crystalized white creamy form with very finely dispersed crystals.
