Maintain safety and security in your home with this set of tilt latch replacements. These spring-loaded tilt latches feature a unique wrap-around design that attach to the top rail and side stiles. Each package includes one right hand & one left hand tilt latch with fasteners. It measures 2-1/4” wide x ¾” deep with a 1-11/16” hole center. Made of white plastic it is strong, durable and made to last. Installation is quick and easy and the tilt latch can be used on aluminum, single and double hung vertical-sliding sash panels that are designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning purposes.
