Product Description 500 Series 14 in. Replacement Stem for the Mansfield style wall hydrant manufactured from 1970-2006. This replacement stem is for the “Old Style” full-turn 500 series Mansfield style wall hydrants only. The stem comes complete with right and left hand packing and is pre-tapped (threaded) for the handle screw. Replacement stem is 14 in. overall length and will work for the model 578-10* and 579-10* full-turn “old style” Mansfield hydrants (10 in. model hydrants have 14 in. overall length replacement stems) Right hand and left hand graphite packing's are included Pre-tapped (threaded) for the handle screw Replaces stem in 500 series hydrants manufactured between 1970 and 2006 Made in the Kansas city, Missouri From the Manufacturer PRIER residential hydrants are the finest quality available.
