The AudioBox 1818bfeatures 24-bit/96kHz converters with 114dB dynamic range, separate input channel-trim controls with 0 to +35dBu gain range, and 6 high-quality Class-A XMAX mic/line preamps. With high voltage, discrete components, and Class-A circuitry, the preamps ensure low noise, wide dynamic range, extended frequency response, and of course, musicality and transparency. You can mix and adjust input and playback-returns levels, as well as add effects and signal processing from your laptop or other computer and with the 1818 you could also enhance instrument and vocal recordings with 50 Fat Channel DSP presets. With the 26 x 8 software mixer you can 7 mix a studio session or live show featuring a full band, all while monitoring and recording with or without real-time processing. The unit features phantom power switchable in groups of 4, MIDI I/O, Digital I/O, wordclock out, and 6 combo mic/line inputs with high-headroom. Together with the Studio One Artist 3 DAW software for Mac and Windows, and the Studio Magic software, the AudioBox 1818 provides everything you need.
